How accurate is the AI extraction? +
For clear photos and PDFs, accuracy is consistently high. Blurry or heavily damaged receipts are automatically flagged for review so nothing slips through unnoticed.
Does it work outside the US? +
Yes. Receiptly works globally. The AI automatically detects the currency from your receipt — USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, and many more. No manual selection required.
What file formats are supported? +
JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC (iPhone photos), and PDF. Max 10MB per file. You can upload multiple files at once and they'll all be processed in order.
Will my accountant be able to use the export? +
Yes. CSV exports work in Excel, Google Sheets, and every major accounting tool worldwide. QuickBooks IIF format imports directly into QuickBooks Desktop.
Is my financial data secure? +
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit. Receipt files are deleted from our servers after processing — only the extracted structured data is stored. We never sell your data.
What happens when I exceed my receipt limit? +
On the Free plan, uploads are paused at 20. On Pro (100 receipts), additional receipts are billed at $0.15 each. On Unlimited, there's no cap. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
